Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because equine-assisted services involve significant coordination of staff and animal resources, we require a minimum of [48] hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than [48] hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and will be billed at the full session rate. We do not currently offer refunds unless a refund request is made within [24] hours of purchasing the services, and it is prior to the [48] hour notice.
